Dress code

Cocktail Formal, comfortable and suitable for a garden setting.
Ladies: Midi or long dresses or jumpsuits in a variety of colors. We kindly ask to avoid white, beige, and similar shades.
Gentlemen: Light or dark suits are welcome. We kindly ask that white suits are avoided.
Children: Children may wear white or similar light shades, if preferred.
Shoes: During the day, there will be a variety of terrains (grass, marble, asphalt...), if you wear heels, we recommend block heels.
Location & Parking
Location: The wedding will be held at the Wildbad Hotel in RodT. As the hotel is located at river level below the forest, it is necessary to walk to the reception entrance, which will be the meeting point before the ceremony. If you are staying at the hotel, you can park directly in front of the hotel; if you are not staying at the hotel, unfortunately, you will not be able to use the parking lot in front of the reception, and therefore it will be necessary to go down a few flights of stairs, indicated in parking options 1 and 2 below.
Parking Option 1: The city parking lot has plenty of space. Leaving the parking lot, towards the Wildbad Hotel, there's a wall with a metal gate. You can enter this gate and go down the stairs (there are many stairs) until you reach the hotel, which is located in the forest below. If you don't want to go down the stairs, you can walk along the flow of cars on this street, which will have a curve with a sign for the hotel (Parking Option 2 direction). However, there are also stairs here, but far fewer than going through the upper gate. The journey can take up to 10 minutes on foot.
Parking Option 2: Parking is available near the hotel. You'll need to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to the hotel reception. It has stairs, but fewer than parking option 1. The problem is that the parking is smaller compared to the city parking lot (option 1).
We’re so happy to have you with us.
There are several hotels and hostels in the region, with different price ranges. Our hotel is also the wedding venue (Hotel Wildbad – Rothenburg ob der Tauber), but staying there is not mandatory, nor is staying overnight in the city. The celebration will not last all night, and the location is within about 90 minutes for most guests in Germany.
Please note: the day after the wedding, a large medieval event takes place in Rothenburg. If you plan to stay for the weekend, we recommend booking your accommodation in advance.

Kids
Children are more than welcome!
At the venue, there will be a playroom available in case you’d like to use it with your little ones. Please let us know the child’s age and if there are any special needs for the buffet, such as a high chair or space for a stroller.
Our only request is a bit of quiet during the ceremony. If there’s crying or something similar, we kindly ask for a short step outside so the ceremony can continue smoothly.
Dogs
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, neither at the celebration nor at the hotel 🐾💔
Breakfast
If you are staying at the Wildbad Hotel, we can have breakfast together on September 4th. The time will be announced soon.
We would be very happy to have you there!
